Tim McKinnel is a former NZ police detective. For the past two years McKinnel has been a lead investigator for Greenpeace NZ probing international fishing fleets - Taiwanese tuna longliners - and has discovered slavery, people trafficking, physical abuse including rape, and murder on the high seas.
