She is a graduate of Toi Whakaari: NZ Drama School, where she earned a Bachelor of Performing Arts in Acting.

Hayley Sproull performs her show Ailments on 9 - 13 May (Q Theatre, Auckland) as part of the 2023 NZ International Comedy Festival with Best Foods Mayo. You can also catch her at the Wellington Best Foods Comedy Gala on 6 May at Michael Fowler Centre.
