Mayor behind "black face" prize

The Mayor of South Taranaki Ross Dunlop has admitted to being the judge who awarded the prize to the Hawera Mt View Lions float in the towns recent A&P show. He's now admitted he made a mistake and has apologised. Andrew Judd is the former New Plymouth mayor and describes himself as a "recovering racist". He talks about how cultural ignorance is not on and how to redeem yourself from racism.
