Christmas is done, Boxing Day sales finished now it's time for another holiday tradition - returning that ugly jersey your aunt got you or those shoes that just don't fit no matter how hard you try.
For consumers it's an easy fix, send it back get a different size, get a refund or store credit. But for online retailers it's an expense that rivals that which they've saved on storefront real estate.
