A cargo plane made a safe emergency landing at Christchurch Airport this morning.

The Fire Service said it sent four crews to the airport after an engine failed on a 737 plane.
There were two people on board at the time and an emergency was declared.
The plane, which has two engines, landed just before 3.30am.
The Fire Service was unable to say what freight company the aeroplane belonged to.
