One person has died and three children taken to hospital after a car crashed off a bridge on the West Coast.
Emergency services were called shortly at 8.20pm to Murfins Brudge on Atarau Road in Ikamatua.
The police said they found a car upside down in the Otututu River.
Three children were rescued from the vehicle and taken to hospital in Greymouth.
