A New Zealander has been found dead in a hotel room in Cambodia's capital city.
Cambodian police say the body of Nicholas Hazlett was found at the Khavi Villa in Phnom Penh.
They said the 47-year-old died of a heart attack and his body was taken to the Khmer-Soviet Friendship Hospital.
A spokesperson at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade said it is providing consular assistance to the family of a New Zealander in Cambodia, and for privacy reasons no further information will be provided.
