A man has pleaded not guilty to manslaughter over the death of a man who was assaulted outside Te Papa in Wellington.
Simon Strickland, who was 58, died in hospital in mid-February, days after being punched in the head.
The 28-year-old man accused of manslaughter has interim name suppression until his next appearance in mid-June.
He is already facing a charge of intent to cause grievous bodily harm.
The trial has been laid down for 21 March 2022.
