Bay of Plenty Police have arrested a second person in relation to the 2018 death of David Kuka in Tauranga.

David Kuka was fatally shot at a Tauranga address in 2018 in what police believed was a case of mistaken identity.
A 34-year-old man was charged with Kuka's murder in December and appeared in Tauranga District Court.
Today, police arrested a 36-year-old Tauranga man in relation to Kuka's death.
He is due to appear in Tauranga District Court tomorrow, charged with murder.
Police said they could not rule out further arrests and extended their thoughts to Kuka's family.
