Wellington police have released the name of the man who was found dead in a park in the suburb of Khandallah yesterday.

He was 42-year-old Damian Peters of Khandallah.
Peters' body was found in Odell Reserve about 4pm. Police believe he had been walking his dog.
They say his death is not being treated as suspicious but they are continuing to investigate.
A blessing of the site will take place tomorrow.
Police want anyone who saw Peters as he walked his dog to the reserve yesterday or was in the reserve between 2pm and 4pm, to contact them via 105 and quote file number 220607/6642.
