A man has died after an incident in Raumanga, Whangārei.
Police were called to Tauroa Street in Raumanga at 9.40pm on Saturday after reports of a man seriously injured in an incident involving a group of people.
The 25-year-old man died of his injuries.
Police have launched a homicide investigation and are working to establish what had happened.
They are wanting to identify and locate those who left the scene before their arrival.
Police are appealing for any images or videos that may assist enquiries, which can be uploaded here.
