A man has been arrested after police received about 20 reports of slashed car tyres in the Porirua CBD and North City Plaza areas on Saturday.
On 20 April, at about 1pm, police were called to Lyttleton Avenue after a person was seen slashing car tyres.
A 61-year-old Porirua man was arrested on Thursday and will appear in Porirua District Court.
