A serious crash between a truck and a van has closed a section of a Waikato highway.
At least one person was hurt in the crash on State Highway 26 near Station Rd, just south of Tirohia.
The section of the highway between Te Aroha and Tirohia was closed until further notice.
Drivers were warned to expect delays and to use a detour from Rawhiti Rd.
