An Auckland building has been evacuated after a car crashed into it, causing a fire.
Emergency services were called to a building on Esplanade Road in Mount Eden just before 5.30am.
Fire and Emergency said a car had crashed into the building and caught fire, which spread to the structure.
Police said a number of people at the property had been evacuated.
The blaze has since been extinguished and a fire investigator is on scene.
