A man wanted in connection with a fatal stabbing on a bus in Onehunga yesterday afternoon is in custody.
A police spokesperson said the 37-year-old man previously sought by police handed himself in at North Shore Police Station this afternoon.
Earlier today, police appealed to the public for information on the whereabouts of Kael Leona, 37.
Auckland City relieving district crime manager acting Detective Inspector Alisse Robertson said police would like to thank the wider community for sharing the appeal as part of this ongoing investigation.
