Fire crews have been battling a large fire in Waingawa, near Masterton overnight.
Fire and Emergency was called to a property on Norfolk Road just after 11.30pm on Thursday.
Twelve fire engines were sent to the scene from surrounding areas, including Masterton and Palmerston North.
There were no injures, and the inferno was put out about an hour later, but crews stayed on scene damping down hot spots in an adjacent building.
A fire investigator will head to the scene today.
