Rotorua police are appealing for sightings of 51-year-old Mark Taute, also known as Mark Edwards.
He was last seen 9 February in the Hamurana area of Rotorua.
Police said there are concerns for his welfare.
Anyone who has seen him or knows where he is was asked to contact police on 105 and quote file number 250213/7033.
