Drivers are being warned to expect delays on Auckland's Northern Motorway after a multiple-vehicle crash.
Emergency services were called just before midday after three cars collided near the Silverdale off-ramp, north of the city.
One person has been transported to hospital.
Police said a southbound lane was blocked, advising drivers to find another route or expect delays.
The New Zealand Transport Agency said in a social media post: "Both southbound lanes are now CLOSED with traffic being diverted off #SH1 at Silverdale off-ramp and returning to SH1 via Silverdale on-ramp."

The Northwestern Motorway was temporarily blocked on Wednesday following a crash near the St Lukes Rd overbridge.
