Police have confirmed the person involved in a crash near Hamilton last month, died from their injuries in hospital on Tuesday.
The single vehicle crash on Bankier Road in Horsham Downs was reported on 28 March.
Police are wanting to speak with the driver of a maroon-coloured SUV towing a boat at the time of the crash on Bankier Road as the investigation into the cause of the accident continues.
It's believed the driver could provide information to assist police with their enquiries.
Police are asking the driver of the SUV or any other witnesses of the crash to contact police on 105, either over the phone or online, and reference file number 250329/2196.
