The 20-year-old man charged with murder after a shooting and carjacking in Hamilton can now be named as Jack Hargreaves.
Hargreaves appeared on Tuesday morning in the High Court at Hamilton where the judge entered a plea of not guilty on his behalf.
Justice Tahana also lifted the suppression relating to the victim, Joshua Hargreaves.
A court date of 14 February 2028 was reserved and the accused was remanded in custody.
