Hamish Kerr's win in the dramatic high jump final caps off a remarkable day in New Zealand sporting history, in which New Zealand collected three gold medals on day 15 of the Games.
Kerr's victory followed Lydia Ko's two-shot win in the golf, and Dame Lisa Carrington's stunning win in the K1 500m final to collect her third gold of these Games.
New Zealand has now won nine medals of the sparkliest colour in Paris - the highest gold medal tally ever.
