Samoa coach Stephen Betham says his team has no room left for error following their Rugby World Cup defeat to South Africa at the weekend.
The Springboks bounced back from a shock loss to Japan first up to thrash the Manu 46-6 in Birmingham and get their tournament hopes back on track.
Scotland's victory has put them top of the standings in Pool B after two rounds with ten points, three clear of South Africa, with Samoa a further three points adrift.
With two games left in the group stage, Samoa coach Stephen Betham says they can't afford to slip up.
"It's always a worry but all games are all hard. We will head into Japan knowing that we've used our get out of jail free card and it's do or die for us now and we're going to prepare well".
Samoa take on Japan in Milton Keynes on Sunday morning.
