The White Ferns are officially out of the Cricket World Cup.
New Zealand failed to progress to the semi-finals and lost their last round robin game against England by eight wickets.
The White Ferns will head home from the 50-over tournament in India and Sri Lanka having won once, lost four times and having had two games washed out.
Captain Sophie Devine won the toss in her last ODI and decided to bat.
Opener Georgia Plimmer top scored for New Zealand with 43 off 57 balls. Number three batter Amelia Kerr had the next highest score of 35. Devine was out caught behind for 23 off the bowling of England's captain Nat Sciver-Brunt.
New Zealand were all out for 168 in the 39th over.
Linsey Smith was the best of the seven bowlers called on by Sciver-Brunt, taking three wickets in 9.2 overs for 30 runs.
In reply, England made light work of their fifth win of the tournament.
England lost their first wicket in the 15th over when Lea Tahuhu had Tammy Beaumont out LBW for 40 with the score at 75/1.
Wicketkeeper-batter Amy Jones brought up her half century off 71 balls and finished unbeaten on 86.
Jones and Heather Knight (33) combined to get England close to home but Devine's last wicket in ODI cricket was Knight out LBW with 11 runs required for victory.
England clinched the win, fittingly off Jones' bat, in the 30th over.
