Netball New Zealand confirmed nine days ago that Dame Noeline would return to the position after being stood down for the series against South Africa and Australia.
The initial breakdown was understood to be because of concerns about the environment within the camp.
Dame Noeline then employed lawyers as negotiations started between the two parties.
On 25 October Netball New Zealand announced Dame Noeline would return as head coach at the end of the year.
