Southern and eastern parts of the United States and Canada are the latest to suffer from dangerously cold weather.
Monday's low temperatures broke records in Chicago, Oklahoma and Texas.
Now, wind chill warnings are stretching as far south as Florida.
In Indiana a state of emergency has been declared and in the city of Indianapolis driving has been declared temporarily illegal.
