As the family waits for Denis’ passing, Scarlett refuses to accept his inevitable death. She places her charmed objects, including some of Grandad’s old tools and a broken pipe, on his bed in the hopes that he’ll live forever. Dr. P dreams of his father’s death and wakes up to find Scarlett gone. After finding her with Grandad Denis, he discovers that his premonition has came true.
