Taite Music Prize Winner Reb Fountain released her highly anticipated third(?) album IRIS this week. The highly anticipated album is Reb’s second release under Flying Nun Records.
She discusses te new album, and opens up about her headspace during it's creation.

1:15 Behind the scenes at Hellzapoppin'!
Charlotte goes behind the scenes of Hellzapoppin' – The Art of Flying Nun exhibition at the Chch art gallery and speaks with curator Peter Vangioni and gallery installer Chris Pole.
Originally scheduled for (...) the exhibition was postponed due to covid. It celebrates 40 years on Flying Nun Records by bringing together original artwork and design, film, record covers, posters, and photography from some of New Zealand’s favourite bands.

Comedian, writer, presenter, and all-around good guy James Nokise is our guest on The Mixtape this week.
The newest series of Eating Fried Chicken in the Shower has just launched. The show sees “depressed alcoholic comedian” James Nokise invite famous people into his mental health safe space for a finger-licking chat about headspace and happiness.
He opens up about the importance of mental health and chooses his favourite songs.
