Henry Rollins, the actor, writer, radio host and former singer of punk bands Black Flag and Rollins Band, returns to Aotearoa for a series of his spoken word shows next week. From his hotel room in Melbourne, he spoke to Elliott Childs about his decision to give up making music, trading Los Angeles for Nashville and how he’s different from the angry young man he was 40 years ago.

3.35 Paige 

Tamaki artist Paige is no stranger to Music 101, we've had her in the studio several times over the past five years. She's off to Australia this coming week to play her first overseas shows, supporting Odette in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. Paige also released a single yesterday called Dance with you, from an album set to arrive later this year. She spoke to her old Waiau Pa School friend Leonard Powell about what its like chasing her Pop dreams in New Zealand.

4pm  The Mixtape - Janaye Henry

Janaye Henry is a comedian, actor and content creator.

She started making waves in the Wellington comedy scene and won Best Newcomer in 2017. She disappeared for a few years to do theatre tours and study te reo Māori.

In the last 2 years she has burst back onto the scene making regular comedic Instagram videos and this year was nominated for the Billy T James award.
