LEAO is the musical project of Auckland-born Samoan musician David Feauai-Afaese. Their music is influenced by the traditional Samoan-pop staples The Samoan Surfriders, Punialava'a, and The Five Stars, with contemporary rock 'n' roll thrown in.
LEAO and band performed live at Samoa House on Karangahape Road, as part of our RNZ Music Live Sessions series.
