One day, when the social and cultural histories of New Zealand during the pandemic are written, one of the key texts will be Stevee Taylor's Masters research, "At the Crossroads of Cinema, Streaming and COVID-19", a 42,000 word thesis looking at how New Zealand's consumption of movies changed over the past three years. Dan Slevin talked to Stevee about the project and asked her what came first, the topic or the desire to do a Masters.
