Californians will be able to have a very chilled out New Year's Day, when recreational marijuana is legalised.
The state voted in favour of the move more than a year ago but it's taken this long for lawmakers to figure out how the new market will work. Simon Morton talks to Zoë Corbyn, a journalist based in San Francisco.
